At Kitex, we're open about our supply chain and where all of our components come from. Since we are vertical, we control how our garments are made, where the materials are sourced, and the conditions for the workers who create these products. This helps customers know exactly what they’re paying for when they buy our brands, and that it's a choice they can feel good about.

Empowering Women

Mothers' Units

We created several sewing units which exclusively employ local mothers. The design of the facilities are made to accommodate the needs of mothers with babies. Each unit is within a 500 meter radius of the mothers' homes so that they can easily take a break to nurse their babies or attend to their families. Schedules are flexible for these moms so that they can be there for their families and also make a living.

Career Training and Growth Opportunities

We give high importance to training and motivating our labor force and ensuring women have career growth opportunities. From classroom training, computer training, and machinery training, the educational benefits are taken into consideration, as well as advancements of positions within the company.
